Choose Max Needs a free account first

Choose a plan, check the order overview and pay by card, wallet or bank debit. The plan is on your account the moment the payment goes through (a bank debit can take a few working days), and you can cancel any time. Already paying? Moving up to a bigger plan or to a longer billing period costs only the difference.

You need an account first. Create one, it takes a minute.

Want to try Pro first? Create a free account, then start a free Pro trial (3 days) from this page or your account page. No card needed.

How the pool works

Your plan is one pool of RAM, CPU and storage. Every bot takes its share from it.

Bots share your plan's pool: add bots until the pool is full.
Bot 1: 64 MB, 25% Bot 2: 64 MB, 25% Bot 3: 64 MB, 25% Free: 64 MB left

Only Free reactivates: press Reactivate on your dashboard, or tap the link in the reminder, to confirm you still use your bots. If you don't, your bots pause until you reactivate. A Free account nobody visits for 30 days has its bots stopped and their files packed into a ZIP archive. You can download it or restore your bots with one click until day 60; then the account is deleted with the archive. We email you before each step, and any visit resets the clock.

Add-ons

Need a bit more without changing plan? Add-ons are monthly subscriptions on top of any plan, Free included (not during the Pro trial), and you can cancel each one on its own. On Free you still reactivate every 7 days: if you don't, your bots stop and are later deleted, while the add-on keeps billing until you cancel it.

When an extra RAM or storage add-on ends and your bots no longer fit, only the newest ones that don't fit stop. Their files are kept, nothing is deleted, and we tell you which bots stopped.

Extra RAM

512 MB more RAM pool, €0.99 a month per unit (up to 4).

Limits and what's not allowed

The same rules apply on every plan, except where a plan is named.

  • Packages: any package from your runtime's public registry installs (npm, PyPI, Go, Maven Central, crates.io, NuGet, Packagist). Every download is checked against the known-malicious list and its published checksum, install scripts never run, and there is a size limit per file and per bot. Installed packages count toward your storage, once per account however many bots share them. Your requirements.txt, package.json or other manifest decides what installs; the Packages card lists it and deletes a package with one click.
  • Bandwidth: every bot is capped at 10 Mbit/s and 50 MB per minute.
  • Pools: your bots share your plan's RAM, CPU and storage pool (the table above). Add bots until the pool is full.
  • Web port (Pro and Max): 60 requests per second, 10 MB per request body and 30 seconds per request. Free, Mini and Lite bots are outbound-only.
  • Sandbox: Bots run in their own sandbox with RAM, CPU and process limits. Raw sockets are not allowed.
  • Music and voice: a bot can't play audio itself. Playback needs ffmpeg, which builds don't include. A music bot works through a Lavalink client (for example shoukaku, lavalink-client or wavelink) connected to a Lavalink server. Pro and Max include one we run next to your bot, Lite can add one as an add-on, and on any plan you can connect to one you run elsewhere. Ours plays SoundCloud, Bandcamp, Twitch, Vimeo and direct links to audio files or streams.
  • Databases: add a Postgres, a Redis or a MongoDB-compatible FerretDB next to your bot on its Database tab; its RAM and data count toward your pools. You can also keep SQLite files in your bot's /app folder, or connect to a database you run elsewhere.
  • Prohibited content: anything illegal, plus the list in section 7 of the Terms, leads to the account being closed.

Reactivation and lapse

What if I forget to reactivate?

On Free accounts you reactivate your bots weekly to keep them running. Reactivating takes a 5-second wait while two ads show, then a quick question. The link in the reminder email or DM opens it without signing in. Paid plans never need reactivation. On Free, bots keep running for one hour after the timer ends, then pause and start again when you reactivate. Nothing is deleted then.

What happens when a paid plan ends?

You go back to Free, where you reactivate every 7 days. If your bots no longer fit the Free pools, they stop and are frozen for 30 days: nothing is deleted, and you can download a ZIP of their files from your dashboard or account page. After that the files are deleted, unless you subscribe again first. Your bots' web addresses are removed, and schedules and backups come back if you upgrade again.

How does the Pro trial work?

You can try Pro for 3 days once, without a card, from this page or your account page. It's one trial per account and email address. During the trial you get the Pro pools, backups, cron and the web port, and you only see sponsored ads. When it ends you're back on Free unless you subscribe, and the rules of "What happens when a paid plan ends?" apply.

Monthly or yearly?

The same plan either way. Paying yearly costs less: the yearly price is 9% below twelve monthly payments, worked out from the prices above. To switch, cancel your current subscription in the billing portal on your account page first, so you're not charged twice; the new payment adds its time on top of what you already paid for.

Can I move to a bigger or smaller plan?

Yes. Moving up (for example Lite to Pro, or Pro to Max) happens right away and you pay only the difference. To move down, cancel and order the smaller plan: a smaller plan paid while a bigger one is active is queued and starts when the bigger one ends.

How do I cancel?

Any time, with the Cancel contracts here button or the billing portal on your account page. Without logging in, pick the topic Cancellation on the contact page. The plan keeps running until the period you already paid for ends, then you go back to Free.

Are there refunds?

Each monthly payment covers 31 days, each yearly payment 366 days. As a consumer you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract, which is the first payment of a subscription; renewals don't start a new period. You get the amount back minus the days already used: amount paid × unused days / the days that payment covers. Signed in, you withdraw on your account page and the refund is paid at once (withdrawal information). Beyond that there are no refunds. You can cancel any time, effective at the end of the paid period.

What are the pools exactly?

Free: 256 MB RAM pool, 0.5 CPU, 512 MB storage. Mini: 512 MB RAM pool, 0.75 CPU, 2 GB storage. Lite: 1 GB RAM pool, 1 CPU, 5 GB storage. Pro: 2 GB RAM pool, 2 CPU, 10 GB storage. Max: 4 GB RAM pool, 3 CPU, 20 GB storage. Your bots share the pool: add bots until it is full.
